McDonnell Scores Big Endorsement

Bob McDonnell has gained the endorsement of noted entrepeneur Sheila Johnson. Sheila Johnson is the co-founder of BET, a businesswoman, and philanthropist.

In the past Ms. Johnson has endorsed and given money to such notable figures as Barack Obama, Tim Kaine, and Mark Warner.

One thing that Mark Warner was often praised for was his ability to appeal to Republican voters. Bob McDonnell has that same appeal to Democrats. Conservative Democrats know that they can trust Bob McDonnell. They know that he has put forward the best solutions when it comes to addressing Virginia's problems.

Bob McDonnell seems poised to forge a bi-partisan coalition with people like Ms. Johnson, in order to take on Virginia's economic problems. Having a governor who can work across the isle to develop solutions will be a little refreshing.

  1. Bob McDonnell, to my knowledge, had a fine record of service as the Virginia Beach Commonwealth's Attorney. Why is he damaging his record by supporting Harvey Bryant, a candidate for Commonwealth's Attorney, who the Virginia Beach Circuit Court judges describe as unethical?
