Politico reports that Barack Obama is going to swear in on the Bible used during President Lincoln's inaguration. The question that I have is "What Would Lincoln Do?" Lincoln stood up for the sanctity of life by opposing slavery. He stood for the sanctity of marriage by opposing polygamy, and he protected our Constitutional liberties. Will President Obama protect the sanctity of life by opposing abortion? Will he protect the sanctity of marriage by assuring the it remains between one man and one woman? Will he protect our Constitutional liberties? One can only hope.
