American Youth launches

Today I am pleased to announce the launch of the American Youth blog. Here at American Youth we are dedicated to promoting conservative principles, such as life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.     Over 250,000 retired veterans no longer recommend military service to our nation's youth due to the unconstitutional Uniformed Services Former Spouse Protection Act, (USFSPA) which was back-dated to circumvent a 1981 USSC decision that ruled states could NOT treat military retired PAY as community property. The ex-post facto USFSPA law violates the 10th ammendment to the US Constitution and destroys the force managment tool that military leaders use to encourage first term service members to make the military a career. The crime comes when DOD never provides any formal briefs on USFSPA and secretly supports the redistribution of military retired PAY via the only federal divorce law. Applied retroactively, USFSPA was never grand-fathered in. Military spouses have the same avenues to alimony and child support as all other spouses.
